Welcome to Badrinath

Badrinath is a town located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, India. It is one of the four sites in India’s Char Dham pilgrimage and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The main attraction in Badrinath is the Badrinath Temple, which is situated on the banks of the Alaknanda River and is one of the holiest temples in Hinduism.

Badrinath is situated at an elevation of about 3,300 meters (10,827 feet) above sea level, making it one of the highest of the Char Dham sites.
